The Greek myth of a cursed woman who can turn men to stones. She was cursed by Athena the goddess of beauty and wisdom out of jealousy for Medusa was most beautiful even gods beauty could not compare. Each man she lays her eyes on gets stoned. Her hair became snakes. And yet the evergreen beauty lies in her eyes.
